OUR PROCESS: CONCEPT DESIGN

We start by summarising the project and its objectives, then present initial ideas, layout options, and a clear design direction.
Using visionary mood boards, we establish the intended style, tone, and mood so you can easily visualise the final result.
LAYOUTS & SELECTIONS

We design each space to enhance functionality and ensure easy movement, considering thoughtful lighting design and smart furniture placement. Sustainability is integral to our approach, guiding our material choices and layout decisions every step of the way. When needed, we engage contractors or structural engineers to advise on technical changes and ensure everything is buildable.
To illustrate the design vision, we present material boards that showcase the proposed furniture, fabrics, and finishes. This gives you a clear snapshot of the overall style and helps you visualise the finished space.
TECHNICAL DETAILS

Once the overall layout is confirmed, we produce detailed drawings for joinery, custom cabinetry, furniture, and upholstery to ensure everything is the correct size, style, and finish. These technical drawings help contractors and suppliers provide accurate costings and ensure a smooth build.
Where needed, we coordinate with structural engineers and specialist contractors to resolve technical issues and confirm feasibility before construction begins.
COSTING & SIGN OFF

Alongside the design process, we catalogue and price every item down to the last accessory into a detailed schedule. This gives you a clear interior budget for your review and approval before we begin procurement. Once you give the go-ahead, we handle tendering and ordering with confidence.
PROCUREMENT, PROJECT MANAGEMENT & INSTALLATION

We handle the procurement of all items, making sure each piece is inspected, logged, and stored properly before installation. During the build, we conduct regular site visits with the main contractor to ensure the design intent is faithfully followed according to our drawings and specifications.
Throughout construction, we oversee the entire process, coordinate deliveries, and manage the installation of furniture, lighting, and soft furnishings. Before handover, we carry out final checks to ensure everything meets our standards and your expectations.
STYLING

We curate and procure decorative objects and artwork, incorporating selected items from your current collection to achieve a cohesive, personalised finish. Our styling process focuses on composition, scale, and placement so each space reads as complete and true to your character.
