Drawing on years of experience, deep industry knowledge, and strong connections with leading professional, artisans, and craftsmen, we deliver residential interiors that balance design excellence with practical living.
Based in Hong Kong, our projects spans city apartments, family homes, and houses across the region. Each project is approached collaboratively, respecting the architectural character of the property, while layering in the client's personal background and lifestyle.
Viki and Kris care deeply about every detail. Their informal yet professional style ensures clients feel supported through the renovation journey. From concept to completion, they consistently go above and beyond expectations, creating interiors that are timeless, functional, and uniquely personal.
VIKI LI
Viki brings over 15 years of experience in interior design, having worked in both the UK and Hong Kong with some of the region’s leading interior design firms. A graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University, her work has been recognized by Home Journal and most recently honored with the 2025 Perspective Global 40 Under 40 award.
Her design process begins with listening. She approaches each project as a translation of her client’s personal story into a home that is both functional and beautiful. Intuitive layouts, tactile materials, and thoughtful lighting are central to her method, creating spaces that feel alive and supportive of daily life.
At the heart of her philosophy is the belief that a home should grow with its inhabitants. For Viki, success is measured not in images but in the real improvements her clients experience, harmony for families, rest for couples, or renewed inspiration in everyday living.
KRIS GURUNG
Kris graduated with a BA Honours degree in Finance & Accounting, following an art foundation diploma that nurtured his lifelong passion for creativity. His artistic side shines through photography, videography, and music, bringing a unique perspective to every stage of Ginger Interiors.
With over 17 years of experience across the UK, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, Kris has worked with leading interior design firms and Big 4 from a finance and operations and project management perspective. This diverse background has shaped his thoughtful and highly professional approach, ensuring projects run smoothly from concept to completion.
As a PMP‑Certified Project Manager, Kris confidently oversees complex builds, paying close attention to detail and quality. His ability to envision the full potential of a space, combined with his operational expertise, results in interiors that are refined, personal, and timeless.
