Completed in 2023, this 690 sq. ft. apartment was transformed into a warm, functional home for its owners and their two cats.

The brief called for a full renovation to suit the next decade of living, with improved space planning, timeless and modern comfort.

Signature features include full custom cabinetry in Japandi textures, a coffee niche at the foyer, and a playful wall installation for the cats.

Hidden storage solutions keep the apartment clean and uncluttered, while the dining area now comfortably seats 4 - 6 guests.

We reconfigured the layout from three cramped bedrooms into two, a spacious master suite with built-in wardrobe and a flexible guest room.

Two bathrooms were combined into one efficient space with walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet, while a dedicated laundry room was added.
